Our story began out of a genuine need for a building and pool company that values honesty, offers fair pricing, and consistently delivers work you can rely on.

Owners Kevin McManaway and Taunya Iverson bring a combined experience of over 60 years in working with the public and providing outstanding customer service.

Kevin brings over 30 years of expertise in the home building and construction industry, coupled with more than a decade as a licensed master home inspector. Taunya, on the other hand, boasts a background as the former General Manager of a media company, with over 20 years of experience in customer service and 15 years in business marketing.

Our motto, "When it comes to your next building project “We are all over it!" reflects our commitment to you and your needs! 

Our core values revolve around serving the community, providing top-notch work and products, and taking excellent care of our customers, all while offering fair and reasonable prices for all of your building needs.
